How does Conversio Pricing work?

Do you have a free trial? 

When you sign up to Conversio, you automatically get started on a 30 day free trial.

What do I get with the free trial? 

You get complete access to all of our emails and tools.

What is your pricing based on?

When you sign up to Conversio, you automatically get started on a 30 day free trial. This gives you complete access to all of our tools. Note: If you go for yearly, you will automatically get 2 months for free (besides the first month of free trial).
Conversio pricing is based on number of contacts and we only charge you for any contact that has placed an order on your store (if a contact hasn't made a purchase, we won't include them in your billing).
Every tier is allowed to send unlimited subscribers & emails. We have allocated a fair usage email threshold that should suffice amply if your emailing frequency is within the norms.

Threshold limits:

Note: If you go for yearly, you will automatically get 2 months for free (besides the first month of free trial).

Exceeding those limits would potentially overwhelm your customers and subscribers, and would have a negative impact on your open rates and engagement. 

What happens if I exceed those threshold limits?

We will receive a triggering event upon which we will review the account for possible abuse. If you believe you will need more more than what is determined by these limits, please  reach out to us so we can learn more about your business needs.

What happens when my trial ends?

Once your free trial runs out, you will automatically get charged according to your tier, unless you cancel manually.
