Once a feedback option is selected by your customer, they'll be directed to a feedback page to submit any additional comments. To edit this feedback page, click here.

To post your positive feedback publicly on your site, use our Feedback Widget.
This module will display order notes made by the store owner and/or the customer. If no order notes are present for an order, we won't display this section.
Latest RSS Post
Want your customer to automatically receive your latest blog post? Use this!
To set the feed address and date settings, hover over the RSS feed module and click the green settings icon in the upper left corner.
Enter your social media links here, then use this module to encourage customers to connect with you on your social platforms.
To edit the icon sizes, hover over the Socialize module and click the green settings icon in the upper left corner.
Billing & Shipping
To display your customer's Billing & Shipping address, use this module.
This module allows you to gather product reviews for the items your customer purchased.
Note: this module is only available on follow up emails.
We generally recommend setting a separate follow up email for this module. We also recommend that you estimate the number of days/weeks between purchase and the date that you expect the customer to receive the product and have a chance to try it out, and then use that estimate to set the time-delay in the Rules tab of your follow up email (send event: "Delay From Specific Purchase").
