Actions in Workflows
Actions are done when a contact enters this part of the workflow.
Pick one of the emails you've already created, or start creating a new email.
The workflow will alert you if you select an email that is incompatible with the trigger (for example, an abandoned cart email with the "Order is paid" trigger).
Use the "Import Template" button to transfer an existing Follow Up, Abandoned Cart, or Receipt Email to your workflows. Click "Create New Template" to start a new template from scratch.
