To enable conversion tracking, we embed a cookie-based tracking script on your store to enable us to follow the customer's journey along a purchase.

We track two types of conversions:

  • Strong conversion: a customer clicks on a recommendation and ends up purchasing the exact product they clicked.
  • Helper conversion: a customers clicks on a recommendation and ends up purchasing another product during that session.

Right now, we only differentiate between these in our database and not yet on your dashboard (the aim is to add dashboard support for this in a future update).
