There are two ways to resend any Conversio receipt:
- From your Conversio dashboard.
- From your Shopify admin.
Resending via Conversio
To view all receipts sent, go to your Recent Receipts page. From here you can search for receipts by email address, view or re-send any receipt.
To resend, click the “Resend” button, which will prompt you to enter the address of the recipient. If the address is incorrect or you'd like to send the receipt to another recipient, change the address here before sending the receipt. Watch this quick screencast.
Note: This method will only work for receipts that we have already sent in the past.
Resending via Shopify
You can resend receipts from the Shopify dashboard in two ways:
