If you're using BigCommerce and would like to use Conversio's Abandoned Cart emails, you'll want to do two things:
- In your Conversio Dashboard under Account > Settings > Connection Settings, you’ll find details for adding your BigCommerce tracking scripts. Please follow the instructions there to add the necessary tracking scripts so that we can detect your abandoned carts.
- If you've been using BigCommerce's abandoned cart feature, you'll want to disable it following these steps.
