If you're using BigCommerce and would like to use Conversio's Abandoned Cart emails, you'll want to do two things:

  1. In your Conversio Dashboard under Account > Settings > Connection Settings, you’ll find details for adding your BigCommerce tracking scripts. Please follow the instructions there to add the necessary tracking scripts so that we can detect your abandoned carts.
  2. If you've been using BigCommerce's abandoned cart feature, you'll want to disable it following these steps.
