We've introduced a new setting for follow ups to ensure that they are GDPR compliant by ensuring that only customers on your "Accepted Marketing" receive follow ups. You can find the setting in Settings > Outgoing Email Settings under the "Follow Up" heading.

Options:

None - Everyone will receive followups, regardless of whether they are on your Accepted Marketing list or not.

Only Default Segments - Will only apply followups where you are using Conversio default customer segments and the customer is on the Accepted Marketing list.

All Follow-ups - Will apply to followups using either Conversio default customer segments or custom segments and the customer is on the Accepted Marketing list. This is the recommended setting.
