Your Conversio dashboard includes a complete log of all carts that we identify.
You can also view additional cart details, including the value of the cart, the products that were included in that cart, the emails that have been sent, and the cart's current status.
Abandoned: An abandoned cart is a cart for which we were not able to capture the potential customer's email address during their visit to your store.
Pending: An abandoned cart for which we were able to capture the potential customer's email address during their visit to your store. This generally happens in one of two ways:
- The customer was logged into your store when they were adding products to their shopping cart.
- The customer was a guest on your store, but added their email address to the checkout form before they abandoned the cart.
We have sent this customer email(s) from the active campaign.
Recovered: We were able to recover the previous purchase (i.e. the customer took action based on the email(s) they received and completed the previous purchase).
Completed: The customer returned to make the purchase of the specific abandoned item(s) before we triggered the email and therefore Receiptful will not send any cart recovery email(s) to this customer.
